Q WORKSHOP presents our latest terrifying and joyful Halloween Dice Set. These very serious black dice with the orange filling of complex engravings are great for all fans of healthy pumpkins, vegetables, and forbidden fruits, even after death! If your name is Eddie and a surgeon gives you scissors in place of hands, or you are half dead, half sewn from scratches, even if you have the very unhealthy pale girl or boyfriend, both named Frankie – the set will be a perfect addition to your collection. We recommend them to simply normal and not-so-paranormals, that have a normal life but wanna give a try to pumpkin jam or pumpkin dice set. We made this unusual set with the unique design, so don't think that these polyhedrons are only a prank. No, these dice are a real RPG set, with all dice from d20 to d4. There is a chance that potential critics will be too distant, and not chilled enough to admit this, but who cares. These are very merry dice with the touch of grotesque macabre and when you roll them, you can hear very very quiet first tones of Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D Minor. Yes, that organ music from horrors.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at roningameswoden@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping
If the return is initiated due to a fault with the item, or if the mistake was in any way that of Ronin Games Woden, we will pay for your return shipping if necessary, and refund you any initial shipping costs. 

However, on a change of mind or other return where the fault is not with Ronin Games Woden, we reserve the right to not pay for customers' return shipping, and to not reimburse the initial shipping costs.
