THE LONG ROAD HOME
2009: Long Range Team-601 left on its last mission. Four years in a savage SouthAm drug war with little support from home and no quarter given by the enemy. When the war ended, the team was scattered into civilian life, but their combat instincts, that craving for the rush of action, couldn't be purged.
2015: John "Professor" Freeman, Captain of LRT-601, builds a bar as a rallying point for his former teammates, and a haven for other SouthAm vets. He calls it The Folorn Hope -- a place where soldiers and solos can fraternize with others that "speak the language" and know the nerves that come with living hard and fast.
2020: Today, the regulars at the Hope continue to run the Edge, across the country and around the world. And you can be there with them in 8 different adventures, from a corporate extraction with a twist, to a murder investigation gone bad, to a monster hunt in the wilds of Eastern Europe! Hey, sometimes things happen. We get that.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@roningames.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package, and will reimburse you for return shipping costs if the item is defective or faulty (though please follow our instructions with regard to return shipping). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can also bring an item back to the store for an in-person refund and we can handle it on the spot for you.

Shipping
If the return is initiated due to a fault with the item, or if the mistake was in any way that of Ronin Games, we will pay for your return shipping and refund you any initial shipping costs.
However, on a change of mind or other return where the fault is not with Ronin Games, we reserve the right to not pay for customers' return shipping, and to not reimburse the initial shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for aerosol sprays or glue unless defective, in which case we will provide a refund
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, trading card singles or sealed trading card items.
Exchanges
We can provide exchanges in store for items within the 30 day period. Again, please ensure the item to be exchanged is in its original condition.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
