Holding On: The Troubled Life of Billy Kerr is a co-operative game where players work as nursing staff tasked with providing care for the terminally ill. Your latest patient has been rushed in following a massive heart attack on a flight from Sydney to London. When the game begins all you know is this - his name is Billy Kerr, he is sixty years old, and he has been given days to live. Players must work together to provide Billy with appropriate care, responding to medical emergencies while gaining his trust. Over ten fully replayable scenarios, you will need to piece together a lifetime of memories while being drawn deeper into his troubled past. As you discover more about Billy, can you help him find the courage required to confront the three regrets that keep him holding on?

Hey, sometimes things happen. We get that.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@roningames.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package, and will reimburse you for return shipping costs if the item is defective or faulty (though please follow our instructions with regard to return shipping). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can also bring an item back to the store for an in-person refund and we can handle it on the spot for you.

Shipping

If the return is initiated due to a fault with the item, or if the mistake was in any way that of Ronin Games, we will pay for your return shipping and refund you any initial shipping costs. 

However, on a change of mind or other return where the fault is not with Ronin Games, we reserve the right to not pay for customers' return shipping, and to not reimburse the initial shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for aerosol sprays or glue unless defective, in which case we will provide a refund

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, trading card singles or sealed trading card items.

Exchanges

We can provide exchanges in store for items within the 30 day period. Again, please ensure the item to be exchanged is in its original condition.  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
