All the heroes have (finally) turned in for the night, so it's time to kick back with a mug of ale, a fist of dice, and pouches lined with adventurers' gold! The Wench joins the party at The Red Dragon Inn and she's bringing the rest of the tavern crew — Jasper the Bouncer, Molly the Stablehand, and Warthorn Redbeard — with her! The Red Dragon Inn 7 is a new, 2-4 player standalone expansion to The Red Dragon Inn series of games. In this game, you and up to three of your friends will play as the staff of our beloved tavern, enjoying the night after all the adventuring patrons have passed out in their rooms (or stables). Of course this won't be a quiet night of relaxation! Gamble, brawl and drink the night away as you prove you have what it takes to keep up with the heroes you handle night after night. The Red Dragon Inn 7 can be combined with all of our previous releases, letting you mix up the characters (and the mayhem) for games with four or more players!

Hey, sometimes things happen. We get that.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@roningames.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package, and will reimburse you for return shipping costs if the item is defective or faulty (though please follow our instructions with regard to return shipping). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can also bring an item back to the store for an in-person refund and we can handle it on the spot for you.

Shipping

If the return is initiated due to a fault with the item, or if the mistake was in any way that of Ronin Games, we will pay for your return shipping and refund you any initial shipping costs. 

However, on a change of mind or other return where the fault is not with Ronin Games, we reserve the right to not pay for customers' return shipping, and to not reimburse the initial shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for aerosol sprays or glue unless defective, in which case we will provide a refund

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, trading card singles or sealed trading card items.

Exchanges

We can provide exchanges in store for items within the 30 day period. Again, please ensure the item to be exchanged is in its original condition.  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
