The Duncan Rhodes Painting Academy "Two Thin Coats" Paint Range is a range of paints developed from the ground up with some of the best paint development chemists in the world. These are not paints we just bought off the shelf and bottled. We developed each colour to meet our high standards of what we thought a miniature paint should be. We have been working in partnership with Trans Atlantis Games to create a set of paints that would be useful to any level of hobbyist. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned painter, we believe that you'll find using these paints an absolute joy to use! We are both extremely excited for hobbyists around the world to get their hands on these paints and to give them a whirl . . . or to apply two thin coats!
It's okay to change your mind.
Hey, sometimes things happen. We get that.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@roningames.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package, and will reimburse you for return shipping costs if the item is defective or faulty (though please follow our instructions with regard to return shipping). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can also bring an item back to the store for an in-person refund and we can handle it on the spot for you.

Shipping
If the return is initiated due to a fault with the item, or if the mistake was in any way that of Ronin Games, we will pay for your return shipping and refund you any initial shipping costs.
However, on a change of mind or other return where the fault is not with Ronin Games, we reserve the right to not pay for customers' return shipping, and to not reimburse the initial shipping costs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for aerosol sprays or glue unless defective, in which case we will provide a refund
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, trading card singles or sealed trading card items.
Exchanges
We can provide exchanges in store for items within the 30 day period. Again, please ensure the item to be exchanged is in its original condition.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
